It may be necessary to assess and treat your mental health with psychotropic medication based on your circumstances. These services are typically combined with therapy services and are not offered as standalone services. If you are feeling overwhelmed, sad, anxious, distracted, or isolated, we are here to help. We are equipped to address a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, bipolar disorder, and obsessive-compulsive disorder. You have the option of scheduling either telehealth or in-person psychiatric appointments.
Targeted case management is a service that facilitates access to social, medical, educational, and vocational support for individuals. Working alongside individuals, Case Managers establish a personalized plan of action that is centered on identifying their strengths and needs. Case Managers provide referrals, and collaborate with partner agencies to organize and coordinate ongoing services – advocating for and supporting individuals throughout their journey.
Women’s groups are a remarkable source of inspiration for women. They create a sense of community, foster empowerment, and help women stay motivated and accountable. Within these groups, women can gain self-awareness, learn new coping skills, and find ways to connect with others. These groups are designed to address specific issues while celebrating the strength and resilience of womanhood. In these safe and supportive spaces, women can be truly honest and authentic with each other.
Pilates Therapy
Pilates Therapy is a holistic approach that aims to improve your overall physical, emotional and mental well-being. This practice involves a combination of movement, mindfulness, meditation, relaxation and breathing exercises to help you relax, reduce stress, and manage
symptoms of underlying conditions, in addition to receiving treatment from a healthcare provider.
